(Tuberous Begonia) Nonstop® Mocca Scarlet Begonia sports fully double, scarlet-red flowers on contrasting dark foliage. Nonstop® Mocca Scarlet has an upright growth habit reaching 8-12″ high and 12-14″ wide, and should be grown in part to full shade locations. It is best grown in combinations, containers, or hanging baskets, but you could also grow it in your landscape if you wish. Nonstop® Mocca Scarlet is heat tolerant and does best in well-drained soil. Soon after planting in the spring, its flowers will bloom and continue to bloom all throughout the summer and into fall until the first frost hits. These blooms will attract hummingbirds to your garden. Use it as a filler when mixed with other plants in containers.
